I attended Oklahoma State University from 1991-1998, receiving my DVM in 1998. I was did an internship at the University of Tennessee, followed by residency at Texas A&M University.
I joined Purdue University in 2003, where I am currently a clinical associate professor.
In addition to my duties as a faculty member, I completed a non-conforming residency in small animal internal medicine, with the ultimate goal of dual board certification in ACVP and ACVIM.
My professional interests include diagnostic clinical pathology, histology and electron microscopy.
Outside of work, I am an avid cyclist and participate in numerous rides and races every year.
