The Dermatology stream will present 3 levels of lectures – basic, advanced and specialized.

A lot of nuances and new discoveries in treatment of common and rare skin disorders will be covered. 

• Our keynote speaker is Petra Bizikova MVDr, PhD, dipACVD, dipECVD, Associate Professor of Dermatology, North Carolina State University – College of Veterinary Medicine. She became boarded by both American and European Colleges of Veterinary Dermatology in 2010 and defended her PhD in 2012. As a result of her PhD, she was able to identify the major target autoantigen in canine pemphigus foliaceus. After finishing PhD, she then joined the Dermatology Faculty of the College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012 as a clinician-scientist with a main interest in autoimmunity and atopic dermatitis. She will speak about diagnosis and treatment of these and other disorders.

• Ekaterina Mendoza-Kuznetsova will speak about important aspects in the diagnosis of dermatological patients.

• Svetlana Belova will share information about new research in important areas.

• Lubov Nikolaeva will cover challenges in demodecosis treamtemt.

• Elena Karyaeva will help to determine boundary skin conditions.

• Ludmila Konikova will tell us about psychogenic skin problems in pets.
